All custom pieces are made to order specifically for each customer. Because these items are produced upon request and are not stocked inventory, all custom orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made items once production has begun or the item has been completed.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the issue.

For custom design pieces made to order, production typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. Once your piece is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 business days.
